| National Volunteer Week Annual Volunteer Awards Dinner
National Volunteer Week is April 10-16, 2011. Volunteer Kootenays will host the 6th Annual Volunteer Appreciation Dinner in Cranbrook on Thursday, April 14, 2011 at the Prestige Rocky Mountain Resort & Convention Centre. Tickets are $20 advance/$25 door, and include buffet dinner, awards presentations, chance to win door prizes, and the satisfaction and fun of joining with other like-minded citizens to celebrate volunteerism! This is a great opportunity to recognize and show appreciation to your volunteers at a community event. Volunteer of the Year Awards are presented in four categories:
